Returns & Exchange Policy

At Just Perfect Ltd, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange only policy under the following conditions.

1. Exchange Period

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for an exchange:
 • Items must be unused and in their original condition
 • Items must be returned with original packaging where possible
 • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or bank transaction)

3. Exchanges Only

We operate an exchange only policy and do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Eligible items can be exchanged for:
 • Another item of the same value, or
 • An item of greater value (price difference payable)

If you choose an item of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.
